But if you start emailing us a few days after you place the order, well that slows us down because we gotta answer your email after you placed the order a few minutes before. During Black Friday and Christmas in July sales expect a delay in shipping (about 5 - 15 business days) due to increased traffic and sales. After the order is packed, the shipping label is printed. The packages are not picked up by the shipper (USPS or UPS) until the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. If you get the email that your order has been shipped (the label has been made) on a Friday, the tracking link may not update until Monday evening when it makes it to the shipping facility and is scanned into their system.
